Brigham Young University is a fully accredited 4 year university that also offers Highschool courses. North Star School is excited to have established a relationship with BYU to offer these courses to our students. This gives North Star students another alternative to the traditional classroom setting.

North Star High School is proudly Amador Unified School District's Premier Independent High School Alternative.
North Star High School is Amador's independent education school. It is Amador County Unified School District's alternative to regular high school. Students take classes under the guidance of one teacher who they meet weekly. Home School Program
